Privacy, in plain words.

When you send a form, we keep what you typed so we can answer you:

• Every form: your name, your email, and your phone number if you give one.
• Pull list: your card list, your pickup or hold note, and that you accepted the deposit terms.
• Sell your cards: the size of the collection, the games in it, your description and up to 6 photos.
• RC repair: what kind of RC it is, what you need done, the make and model, the problem and up to 6 photos.
• Message: the topic and your message.

It is stored in the shop’s own database on our web server and used only to answer you. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for marketing.

When email alerts are switched on, a copy of what you sent is emailed to the shop through our email provider, Resend.

No accounts, no newsletter, no ads, no analytics. The site itself sets no cookies, advertising or otherwise.

To stop form spam, your IP address counts how many messages you send in a short time. It stays in memory only, is never saved, and is gone when the site restarts.

The map on the home and Visit pages comes from Google Maps. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies; see Google’s privacy policy.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which handles each connection, including your IP address, to keep the site fast and safe. Fonts and pictures are served from this site.
